Jumping into Spring

Wednesday, March 21, 2018

I am loving these wide legged olive jeans so much for Spring! Right now you can receive $20 dollars off- I'm wearing them in a size 26 pretty TTS. I've styled them up with a simple silk button up shirt from one of my absolute favorite stores, Sezane. If you haven't ever checked out their site you're missing out. It's a Parisian fashion girls dream.

I kept it simple with some beige flats with a small heel and accessorized with some fun statement earrings, Ray Bans & a dusty rose bucket bag!

What are some of your favorite looks for Spring this season?!

Fall Velvet

Thursday, October 5, 2017

Fall is coming... slowly but surely! Velvet is super on trend for fall and we are already seeing it everywhere! I picked up this floral embroidered jacket last year from Topshop and it has been one of my staple pieces throughout the entire year. I've styled it with ripped jeans, shorts & leggings.  It's a great lightweight transitional piece especially down here in the south when it doesn't really cool off until late November. I'm wearing it with a simple black tee and jeans for an easy slimming look!

Carolina Blues

Sunday, September 10, 2017

Over Labor Day I got to spend the weekend in one of my absolute favorite places in the world, Charleston, South Carolina. This city is filled with so much history, art, creative culture & beautiful people.. single ladies make the move & thank me later! This city is perfect for a girls weekend, romantic getaway or a bachelorette party.... I think we bumped into 10! Since I've been to Charleston twice now I decided to put together "10 things" you must do during your visit!

I know there is a stigma that restricts you from wearing white after Labor Day but I am here to tell ya I'm all about the winter whites! I'm an avid online shopper.. hence my bank account and found a super cute and affordable online store based out of San Fran, called Vici Collection. They have an assortment of fun pieces that look a lot more expensive than the price tag, which I'm all about! So all you 20 something's looking for a LBD or date night look you have got to check out this website.

10 things you must do during a visit to Charleston

1. Stroll down King Street during the day

2. have a beach picnic in Sullivan's Island

3.  indulge in a cupcake from Sugar Bakery

4. Stop into Candlefish & grab one of their signature candles from "The Library"
 I purchased #44 & #76!

5. Visit one of the many Plantations that surround Charleston, Magnolia or Boone Hall are two of my favorites.

6. Have brunch at Husk (make a reservation in advance)

7. Walk down The Battery

8. Grab a drink at The Belmont

9. In the mood for a museum? Visit the Aiken-Rhett House

10. Put your phone & map away and stroll off into one of the many picturesque streets that make this the Holy City & one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Until next time Charleston,

Dallas Blogger Brunch

Thursday, August 31, 2017

I attended my first "blogger" event in Dallas this past weekend and had so a fun time meeting and talking with local Dallas bloggers. It's so nice to live in a community with strong women who inspire me so much to chase after my dreams. I ordered these amazing pants from ASOS a few weeks ago on major sale and love the cut and color for fall. I styled it with a simple white bodysuit also from ASOS... clearly I like this store. I also wore my favorite Steve Madden sandals that I purchased last year and they've been such a staple piece in my closet.

I just wanted to say thank you to my family, friends & readers who have been following me along this crazy blog journey with me. I can't wait to bring new content, travels, food & of course fashion to The Little Rae Box.
